You are trying to integrate C4C system with ERP (ISU) client via HCI.
You have installed the certificates mentioned in integration guide, the certificates also got installed correctly, but when you are trying to check the connecton of HCI to ECC, you got the error, Error during processing request on Operation Server.
Cause
issue is caused because attached certificate is self signed certificate which is not supported by SAP.
You have to upload a signed certificated as described in guide How to Configure SAP HCI certificate based authentication for SAP Cloud for Customer.
Resolution
You have to upload a signed certificated by authorized vendor as described in guide How to Configure SAP HCI certificate based authentication for SAP Cloud for Customer.
