Symptom
For Omnichannel Business Banking (Mobile), there are two types of error messages displayed when a user tries to login with an invalid/incorrect user credentials:
- Error 1 - Displayed when User Credentials are incorrect
- Error 2 - Displayed when the User's account is locked
Error 2 should be displayed when the User's account is locked regardless of whether or not the correct user credentials are entered. However, Error 1 is currently displayed whenever invalid/incorrect user credentials are entered, even when the user's account is locked and "Remember Me" is checked on the user's device.
