2325349 - BSI TaxFactory Saas Application Error

You use US-payroll on your Employee Central Payroll system and the dataset connection to BSI TaxFactory SaaS does not return results, even though the web-service connection to BSI TaxFactory SaaS is working correctly.

One of the following symptoms occur:

• The U.S. payroll program rejects employees with an error message “Error while connecting to dataset <…>” in the payroll log.
  This symptom happens if SAP Note 2375922 has been installed.
  
  
• The Tax Data Synchronization tool raises the error message “Error while connecting to dataset <…>”.
  This symptom happens if SAP Note 2375922 has been installed.
  
  
• The U.S. payroll program rejects employees with the error message “Application Error” in the payroll log.
  This symptom only happens if SAP Note 2375922 has not been installed.
  
  
• The Tax Data Synchronization tool raises the error message “Application Error”.
  This symptom only happens if SAP Note 2375922 has not been installed.
  
  
• The U.S. payroll program does not calculate taxes. In the detailed payroll log of payroll function USTAX the log of the Processing-step is empty even though the Input-step shows logged data. This symptom happens only if the SAP Note 2302873 has not been installed yet, due to uncaught BSI-exception with message “Application Error”.
  
  
• Tax Data Synchronization tool deletes all tax data. This symptom happens only if the SAP Note 2302873 has not been installed yet, due to uncaught BSI-exception with message “Application Error”.
