This Document will guide on how the Convert Value step works in Migration.

When executing a migration in Step-by-Step mode, the second step in migration is the Convert Values. The importance of this step is that it will map all of the Source Values in the template and to the Target Value in the system. This can have additional relevance in cases where the IDs from the migration template do not match with the IDs in the tenant where the data is being migrated to.

In the migration tool Convert Values step, tasks marked with a green icon indicate that conversion was completed successfully, while tasks marked with a red icon indicate that it requires user action on it. To complete the task, you can follow the below steps:

1. Click on the task link.
2. The system will automatically try to fetch the IDs collected from the migration template, and map then to the Target Value column.
3. In case the automatic map is incorrect, or no map could be automatically fetched, it is possible to use the value help to manually search the target value.
4. Once all mappings are completed, click on the Confirm All button.

Once all values are mapped, the task should be marked with a green icon indicating that it is complete
