Customer is unable to download Foundation Object Templates from Import Foundation Object.
For example, templates for objects like Location, Pay Component, Event Reason, etc. cannot be downloaded.
Once they click on Download Templates, the screen becomes idle/blank.

Cause
The option "EC2MDF Full Scope (do not activate together with "Phased Migration from EC V2 to MDF") [Not Ready for Sales/Production]" is enabled in Provisioning - Company Settings.
Resolution
Disable the option as it should not be enabled for any instance.
