Tax Rate Type Rounding to 3 Decimals is Not possible for the Currency INR

1. Go to the Supplier Invoicing work center
2. Navigate to the Invoices and Credit Memos View
3. Later find an invoice and go to the Items tab  and Tax Details sub tab
4. Here you can see that Tax is rounded to 0.00% instead of 0.000%

SAP Bydesign does not support 3 decimal places for the currency INR.

SAP ByDesign only supports 2 decimal places for the currency INR according to ISO standards.
This is the standard behavior of the system.
