Unable to find a Foundation Object Location in the Foundation Tables (Manage Organization, Pay and Job Structures admin tool), but in report we are able to see it.

Create an ad-hoc report on Foundation Objects domain, filter with the external code of the Location (FO).

Verify that the Formated-end-date field has a past dated value, instead of 31/12/9999.

End Date of the Location has reached.

When End Date of the Location is a past date with Status Active. Location (FO) will stop appearing in the Foundation Tables.

In case you would like to re-use this Location, import the details of this Location with new start date and leave end-date as blank.

Otherwise, you can view the past dated Locations/ FOs using Advanced-> Search As Of date.
