Symptom

While you are creating/opening a Target Group or Segmentation Model in Flex based Segmentation Modeler; Spinning/ Waiting Wheel WUI Waiting or Spinning Wheel.jpg is not showing as it shows while opening Campaign/ Account/ Contacts, etc.
