2326425 - R3load Process fails/hangs with C-STACK error during ABAP import phase

New System installation or standard system copy using Software Provisioning Manager (SAP Note #1680045) fails/hangs in ABAP import phase. Following error can be found in the package-logs, (../<sapinst_instdir>/../<SAPTABART>.log):

 - the last line in the <package>.log e.g.: SAPSSEXC.LOG:
