2327222 - Bluecrystal theme not displaying under Portal and IE web browser

Symptom

  • You have configured a Web Dynpro (ABAP or Java) or Transaction iview type to use the sap_bluecrystal theme under Enterprise Portal
  • Under the Microsoft Internet Explorer web browsers the incorrect theme is displayed (a "fallback theme" such as sap_tradeshow, sap_goldreflection, sap_corbu etc. may instead be observed)
  • The bluecrystal theme is correctly rendered under non-IE web browsers such as Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome
