2327276 - Job Relationship data is missing in UI

In Employee Central, when navigating to the Job Relationship portlet, the data for HR Manager is missing and does not display in the UI, however this data is displayed in Ad Hoc Reporting.

1. The record in the Job Relationship portal has an effective date before the start date of the HR Manager listed in the record. For example, if we look at the current record in Job Relationship for a specific user, we will see the effective date of that record as 06/01/2016. The HR Manager listed in that record has a start date/hire date after the effective date of 06/01/2016, which means this HR Manager was not active when the Job Relationship record was created.

2. The Personal Information in EC in not populated for HR Manager and/or other relationship type.

** The same issue can occur for other manager types within the Job Relationship portal such as Matrix Managers

To resolve this issue:

1. The effective date of the Job Relationship record should be after the start date/hire date of the HR Manager in the record. The record can be modified in the UI or changed via imports.
2. Populate the EC Personal Information of HR Manager and other relationship type.
