2327454 - Low performance occurs in tables / grid and other areas of SAP Analytics Cloud

Scrolling in tables and general low performance occurs during various operations in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

• SAP Analytics Cloud

1. Open a story or edit a dimension within model.
2. Use the mouse wheel or arrow keys to scroll up / down in a table/grid and slow performance is observed.

When laptops or desktop computers use the "Power Saver" mode, lower performance is observed throughout SAP Analytics Cloud.

1. Click Start, and select Control Panel.
2. Click Hardware and Sound, and select Power Options.
3. The Power Options control panel opens, and the power schemes appear.
4. Select the "High Performance" power plan.

OR

1. Click the battery / plug icon in your system tray (  ).
2. Select More Power Options.
   
   
3. Select the "High Performance" power plan
