2327902 - Assigned Users in the View User Subscriptions are not Displayed in Test-systems

You want to check the User Subscriptions view to get an overview about Licensed Users, Assigned Users, Over Usage and Status in your Test system.

You do not see Assigned Users in the overview.

1. Go to Service Control Center woc
2. Go to User Subscriptions view

The User Subscriptions view shows in all customer systems:
All licenses, the customer purchased licenses and all consumed licenses.

However, users assigned to a Test System Tenant do never consume a license. Therefore you see not Assigned Users.

Please check in your Productive system the User Subscriptions view to see all data.
