2328282 - LMS Supervisor Approval

When a user is assigned an item with approval process for the 1st level supervisor, the supervisor doesn't see it in his "Pending Approval" list immediately after assignment.

Instead, the user has to click "request approval" and then the supervisor will see the request in "Pending Approvals".

Is there a way to skip this step in which the user requests the approval considering the item has already been assigned?

There is no way to skip this step.User has to request for approval and only then it will appear in supervisor's "Pending Approval" list.
