Symptom
This Document will guide you on how to upload Marketing Attribute using Data Workbench work center

Resolution
You have to first import the object Marketing Attribute Assignment. In order to that please follow the below steps
1. Go to Data Workbench work center
2. Select Import view
3. Select Insert
4. Select Object as Marketing Attribute Assignment
5. Select Download CSV File
Once downloaded please fill the template as per the screenshot below and then import the template
Note: EXT001, 147 and 100022 are dummy numbers
The BusinessPartnerID here refer to the Account ID and the ExternalKey here can be anything. It is required to be able to link the Item node
Once upload of Marketing Attribute Assignment is successful, upload Marketing Attribute Assignment Item. In order to do that follow the below steps
1. Go to Data Workbench work center
2. Select Import view
3. Select Insert
4. Select Object as Marketing Attribute Assignment Item
5. Select Download CSV File
Once downloaded fill the template as per the screenshot below and then import the template and in this case, the BusinessAttributeSetID and BusinessAttributeID needs to be provided. You can get the details by following the below steps
1. Go to Administrator work center
2. Select Sales & Marketing Settings view
3. Maintain Marketing Attributes or Maintain Marketing Attribute Sets
If value is code list , Value ID should be provided.
Please note the BusinessAttributeAssignmentExternalKey should be same as ExternalKey from MarketingAttributeAssignment upload in order to link item with the root
Note: EXT001, ITEM001, XYZ, 147 and ABC are dummy numbers
During item upload the external key linkage should be maintained correctly. you can check the screenshot on how this will reflect in an Account
