Symptom
When uploading users using the Bulk User Load template, leading zeroes (e.g. 0615, 000392572) are lost from the SF User ID and therefore the user does not link with its BizX counterpart.
Cause
Excel will not retain leading zeroes in a file if the cell is formatted as a Number. It chooses this as the default format if a cell contains only digits (and optionally a decimal point).
Resolution
Highlight the column in the bulk user load template file which contains the leading zeroes, right click and select "Format cells". Select the Text option.
Afterwards, re-complete the form to ensure the leading zeroes are present, then save the file and upload into Analytics as normal.
