Is there any limit on the number of PDF forms a process can have?

Will the performance be impacted with huge number of PDF forms?

SAP Successfactor Onboarding 1.0

To check the form configuration, you can follow the steps below:

1. Access the instance.
2. Go to Onboarding 1.0.
3. Navigate to Reference Files.
4. Go to Forms.
5. Under View Assigned PDF Forms by Processes, select the required process.
6. You can view all the PDF forms associated with that process.
7. You can also see the number of forms assigned to the selected process.

Currently, there is no predefined limit on the number of PDF forms that can be assigned to a process in Onboarding.

You can assign multiple PDF forms to the same process based on your business requirements.

You can review the forms assigned to a specific process under Onboarding 1.0 → Reference Files → Forms → View Assigned PDF Forms by Processes.
