2329001 - Cashflow amount is rounded down with regards to condition amount references

Symptom

You have created a condition with a condition amount reference with greater period than the frequency of the condition.

When checking the cashflow amounts you see that the amounts are always rounded down and do not use the arithmetic rounding rules.
