2329007 - Dump ASSERTION_FAILED triggered for a specific user only

Symptom

Log in with a specific user. and open a SRM documents or functionality which contains rows for data insertion, for example a Shopping Cart or Sourcing Cockpit. The dump ASSERTION_FAILED 'The ASSERT condition was violated.' is triggered:
