2329078 - Time Off is not available in Mobile Application

You have noticed that, upon trying to submit Time Off in the Mobile Application, you cannot find the option to do so.

1. Open the SuccessFactors mobile application on your mobile device;
2. Try to navigate to the Time Off section in order to request a leave;
3. Time Off is not available within the application.

This feature needs to be enabled in the 'Enable Mobile Features' tool.

To fix this issue, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your SuccessFactors system as an Administrator that has permissions to the Admin Center tool 'Enable Mobile Features';
2. Access the tool 'Enable Mobile Features' and click on the 'Modules' section;
3. Enable the feature 'Time Off' under 'Employee Central':

NOTE: If Time Off is already enabled, and you still do not have access to this feature in your mobile device (despite having the permissions), then uncheck Time Off, reload the page and re-check the feature.
