Symptom

A user receives the message "Server error 13 - please contact your administrator (13)" in the middle of a transmit.

The error in the logs is:

com.syclo.agentry.BusinessLogicException: Itemnum #214335/T9_SR/B3F3/6003-605303-XXXX - Error occurred in server thread; nested exception is:
java.lang.VerifyError: JVMCFRE107 offset out of range in jump bytecode;
