Cause
These values are mapped to Manage Pending Hire from the Offer Letter (Offer Detail Template). These fields will show blank if the fields are not included in the template and/or the fields are empty in the Offer Letter.
Resolution
Implementation Partner should configure these fields in the Offer Detail Template in Provisioning. If you do not have an Implementation Partner, please contact Partner Support.
