2329226 - reorg defrag with resume cause table corruption. Error 614 and 9991 reported in dbcc checktable. - ASE

Symptom

  • After reorg defrag with resume is executed, dbcc checktable reports the below error:
    Msg 9991, Level 16, State 1: Server 'sp136', Line 1:
    Page 9288, partition ID 627554070, of object 627554070, contains an orphan row at offset 1822 which must be marked committed delete and is not.
    Msg 614, Level 16, State 12: Server 'sp136', Line 1:
    Adaptive Server accessed a row that has an illegal length of 13581 while in database 'dbname'. Page pointer = 0x0x14aae0000, pageno = 9289, status = 0x901, ptnid = 627554070, indexid = 0, level = 0. The minimum row length is 6. The page size is 2048.
