Symptom
The requirements are not grouped according to the lot size of the material master in the planning segments make-to-order production, engineer-to-order (project), or planning without final assembly. Here is an example, displaying requirements on the same date in segment make-to-order production.
Lot size in material master is daily (TB) or lot by lot (EX) or weekly (WB) or monthly (MB). The material has a daily lot size TB in the material master as below, so MRP must create one planned order with quantity 24 (= 4 X 6 ) only because all of the 6 'OrdReq' (Order reservations) have the same date. However, it creates 3 planned orders.
