2329290 - Error CX_SY_REF_IS_INITIAL occurs while deleting a model

Symptom

The error "CX_SY_REF_IS_INITIAL" occurs while deleting a model. After the deletion of a model is failed, running "UJA_DATA_CHECKER" on the problematic environment receives the same error.
