2329558 - Evaluation notification is triggered to users with status "INCOMPLETE"

Users whose learning has been recorded with status INCOMPLETE did receive notification about evaluation assigned to them

Learning Management System (LMS)

1. Assign evaluation to survey to item ( navigate to item/more/evaluations) and attach survey to this item,

2. Schedule this item,

3. Navigate to users/tools/record learning financial

4. Record users with status INCOMPLETE

5. Finish learning recording

6. Users will receive notification that survey is assigned to them

- This is caused because in References/Learning/Completion status for INCOMPLETE status admin checked the following checkbox:

Include learning events with this completion status for Item Evaluation: User Satisfaction Surveys Assignments

- Once this is checked, evaluation survey notification will be triggered for users with this completion status

This is expected system behaviour as admin set up that INCOMPLETE completion status will trigger survey to user,
