Symptom

The following dump occurs in the system with UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION in ABAP Program CL_SOAP_QUEUE_BGRFC:

An exception has occurred that was not caught.

What happened?
The exception of class "CX_SOAP_SEQ_SCD_ERROR" was triggered but not caught
anywhere in the
call hierarchy.

Since exceptions represent error situations, and this error was not
adequately responded to, ABAP program "CL_SOAP_QUEUE_BGRFC===========CP" had
to be terminated.

The program was terminated on method SUBMIT_TO_QUEUE of class CL_SOAP_QUEUE_BGRFC:

On Chosen Variables, the LV_DEST_NAME is initial:
