Why is the field 'Salary Type' populated with ANNUAL if nothing was imported in the UDF?

Reproducing the Issue
Import your UDF and do not input any values under the column 'COMPENSATION_SAL_RATE_TYPE'. In the form it will display as ANNUAL.
Resolution
This is the expected behavior. If you do not add anything under the column COMPENSATION_SAL_RATE_TYPE, it will be populated with the default value as ANNUAL.
