2330895 - Firewall blocks Android Client connection because Post Body Limit is exceeded

Symptom

  • When using a Citrix Netscalar Web Application Firewall between an Android device and Relay Server, the client connection is blocked and the Firewall logs show similar to the following:

    CEF:0|Citrix|NetScaler|NS11.0|APPFW|AF_400_RESP|6|src=xx.xx.xx.xx geolocation=Unknown spt=48355 method=POST request=https://mobility.afaria.com:443/ias_relay_server/client/rs_client.dll/afaria/XNet/A386A8AC-B698-443A-965A-91CEC0D240F5 msg=Bad request headers.Content-length exceeds post body limit cn1=278989 cn2=301016 cs1=Mobility cs2=PPE cs4=ALERT cs5=2016 act=blocked
