Unable to associate a survey to an item via Item Connector.

Create an Item Connector file and ensure the NOTACTIVE field value is passed "Y". Additionally, have the survey ID associated for the inactive item.

Item Connector does not associate the survey for inactive items.

If you wish to associate a survey to an item, please make sure that the item is active. If the item is not active or is being inactivated, then the survey association will not happen.
