How to disable/hide the 'Send Email Notification' functionality from the 'Actions' button?

To remove this option, the respective permission can be removed from the admin's role:

1. At Learning Administration, navigate to System Administration > Security > Role Management >
2. Search for the required role > open in the Edit mode > go to the Permissions tab >
3. Under the User Management subsection, locate the Ad hoc Notification permission and remove it.

NOTE Removing this permission will update the Actions menu within any entity where the 'Send Email Notification' functionality is available (items, classes, users, etc.)
