2331292 - Data Services web service WSDL does not parse - SAP Data Services 4.2

Symptom

When launching Data Services web service WSDL URL through any Internet browser client, a blank page is appearing
and
Through (windows)%DS_COMMON_DIR%\log\webadmin.log.* OR (Unix/Linux) $LINK_DIR/log/webadmin.log.*, the following error message will be found :

[  SEVERE ] Application failed to initiaze properly. Error: while trying to invoke the method com.acta.admin.AwAdminCMSConnection.saveToCMS() of a null object returned from com.acta.admin.AwCMSConnections.getCMSConnection() (BODI-3016003)
