• In an SAP Replication Server (SRS) with a route to a downstream Replicate Replication Server (RRS)
   
• Primary Replication Server (PRS) RSSD inbound queue is not moving
    
• 'admin who' shows RSSD DIST thread is not suspednded but in Sleeping state:

• PRS error log displays the following RSI error message:
