How to associate a certificate to an item?

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Resolution

The certificate templates are available and new ones can be added via the following path, in the Learning admin side: System Administration > Configuration > Certificate of Completion Templates;

To associate a certificate to an item:

Learning Activities > Items > Search and access the desired one > "Item Details" tab > "Certificate Template" box >
Select the certificate template from the dropdown list > Save.

If you do not see the "Certificate Template" box, click: System Administration > Configuration > Entity Configuration > Select "Item" in the "Select Entity" box dropdown > Find the "Certificate Template" entry > Fill out the second checkbox, which is meant for displaying that field > Save.
