2331796 - Thumbnail Size image not showing in recommendation tile

 Issue with the items which utilize custom thumbnail images. These generally show within Featured Learning, but we are having difficulty with these showing when an item is Recommended.

-Learning Management System

Add an image to an item.

Add item to Featured Learning in the Catalog

Recommend Item to user

Login to LMS admin--> System admin--> configuration--> System configuration
Edit configuration ID : LMS_ADMIN

You need to look at showItemThumbnailPhotosGlobally and showSystemDefaultThumbnail configurations carefully. Keep both configurations as true on my local environment then recommendation tile shows correct thumbnail image.

Therefore these are the recommended settings and should be true to avoid any future occurrences of such sort.
