2332206 - Error Message Appears on Marketing Lead

Symptom

Error message appears on Marketing Lead: UI application /BYD_COD/SalesOnDemand/Marketing/Prospect/COD_Mkt_Prospect_SADL.OWL.uicomponent is not in scope.

 

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Marketing workcenter.
  2. Go to the Leads view.
  3. Open any lead.
  4. Error message appears: UIapplication /BYD_COD/SalesOnDemand/Marketing/Prospect/ COD_Mkt_Prospect_SADL.OWL.uicomponent is not in scope.

Cause

Lead Management is not scoped in the system.

Resolution

  1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
  2. Go to the Implementation Projects view.
  3. Select the project and choose Edit Project Scope.
  4. Expand Sales under Scoping .
  5. Select/Scope Lead Management -> Finish the scoping.
