2332210 - Competencies Portlet Shows 'N/A' Values in 'Expected Rating' and 'Gap' Columns - Performance Managemment

When viewing an employee's Competencies Portlet, the Expected Rating and Gap columns are populated with N/A.

1. Log in to system
2. Search for an employee
3. Scroll down to the Competencies portlet
4. See the Expected Rating or Gap columns are populated with N/A

Possible cause 1: The option to display the gap in the competencies portlet is not enabled.

Possible cause 2: No expected rating maintained for the competency in JPB or JDM.

Prerequisite

• Individual Portlets permission is enabled under Manage Dashboards / Reports

Steps

1. Navigate to Admin Center > Reporting and Analytics > Dashboard Portlets
2. Under Individual Portlets, select Competencies
3. Under the Competencies section, locate Show Gap and select the dial for Yes. (Requires job codes and expected ratings) > Save

Resolution 2:

Maintain expected rating for the competency in JDM families and roles, or in JPB via manage job profile content.
