Symptom

  • ECC delivery item quantity is not updated when the EWM ODO line item quantity is changed to ZERO
  • EWM Split deliveries with zero quantity distributed to ERP with new delivery number
  • During EWM zero ship - Original ERP Delivery remains open
  • After zero pick deliveries. Outbound deliveries remain open in ERP.
