The Historical Matrix Grid Placement Portlets in People Profile shows the axis label of the two Trend elements selected in the Matrix Grid Reports page.

To modify the label of this portlet in People Profile, you would need to change the label of each axis configured in Matrix Grid Report Configuration page. However, modifying this configuration, will also take effect in the label of the axis shown in Matrix Grid Report page.

1. Go to Admin Center > Succession > Matrix Grid Reports: Performance-Potential or Matrix Grid Reports: How vs What;
2. Change the label for the "X-Axis" and/or "Y-Axis";
3. If using different translations for each locale enabled in the instance, the labels must be modified for each locale, by selecting the corresponding locale in the dropdown menu above the X-Y axis configuration;
4. Save the changes.
