2332263 - Using not standard HTTPS port to access the SLD

The security or business needs are to configure the SLD via HTTPS, but not with the standard 5<synum>01 (50001 for a system with a dialog instance number '00') port. In this case, only the SLD will be reachable through HTTPS with the non standard port. All of the other configurations will work with HTTP (e.g. NWA, repository, directory, adapter engine, etc.).
