• Refresh tool log consist the error code: TENANTREFRESH_VALIDATION_ERROR_WHILE_CALC_NO_OF_IRT_COMPLETED_REFRESHES.

You have reached the limit of refresh requests.

The Instance refresh quota gets reset to two per tenant per year. Every company is entitled to two refreshes per tenant for a calendar year. For example, if your company has five tenants including production and non-production tenants, then every year your company is entitled to get 10 refreshes as a part of the standard purchase.
