Ask for feedback email notification: Modified Email Subject can display on internal user emails, but cannot display on external user emails

Reproducing the Issue
- Modify Email subject on Request Feedback Notification and Save;
- Go to Team overview > Ask for feedback > Added Internal user and external user;
- See that the modified e-mail subject can display on Internal user email, but not display on external user email
Cause
The email content will be generated using different email template based on email receiver's locale. In admin center, our system provide the capability to define email template by user’s locale. All of external user's locale is English US by default.
Resolution
The email is generated by user's locale. All of external user's locale is English US by default. So we need to check the email template in English US language locale and make it defined.
Please refer to the screenshots for details.
- Admin center > E-Mail Notification Templates Settings > Request Feedback Notification >
- Select 'English us' in drop down list and click 'switch to '
- then modify email subject to what you want and save it by clicking 'save changes' button.
Please note if you don’t have English US enabled in system, you need to enable English US language pack firstly.
