2332390 - CJ02 Error FAGL_ORG_UNITS 011 prevents profit center from being changed in WBS element

Symptom

In transaction CJ02, error message FAGL_ORG_UNITS 011 'Changing profit center from XXXX to YYYY is not permitted' is issued when you want to change profit center of WBS element.
