2332477 - Adding element with duplicate id 'application-<Semantic Object>-<Action>'

Symptom

When opening a tile on Fiori Launchpad, you get an error "Could not open app. Try again later."

Check in browser console, it shows the error message:

Error - Error: adding element with duplicate id 'application-<Semantic Object>-<Action>'
