2332868 - Custom New Hires Export is not Working - Onboarding 1.0

Symptom

Custom New Hire Export is set to export candidates at the set schedule and Onboarding step

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

Reproducing the Issue

  1. When a candidate moves or completed the Onboarding Step, a file is expected to export at the configured timing set in Onboarding back end
  2. File is not received

Cause

  • Incorrect Configuration
  • Server Error
  • Candidate Record Error

Resolution

If you are receiving the Custom New Hire Data Export previously and after several days, export is not sending file to the destination; please reach out to SAP SuccessFactors Cloud Product Support in SAP for Me via SAP Expert Chat or Support case. In addition, follow the template when creating an case and provide the needed information below.
