2332882 - "No such feature exists" error when creating an In-memory database with Relaxed-Durability - SAP ASE

Tried to create an in-memory database and received the following error:

Failed to obtain license(s) for ASE_RDDB feature from license file(s) or server(s).
No such feature exists. Verify that a license containing the feature name ASE_RDDB is available or generate and deploy the license from the Sybase Product Download Center.
