2332908 - 'EC to ERP OrgStructureItem Replication Process Properties' of the standard content 'iFlow: EC to ERP Org Structure Item Replication v1.0'

This KBA explains the process properties exposed to the customers for the standard content 'iFlow: EC to ERP Org Structure Item Replication v1.0'.

These properties are exposed via Environment extensions in Boomi and are used to extend the integration pack at the process level to override default information such as process properties.

And these configurations are applied at deployment time.

In the Extensions dialog of Boomi, you can set values for extensions of the processes deployed to Atoms attached to the selected environment.

Note: Dynamic process properties such as the last modified date can't be changed here since they are connected with the Atom, not with the environment.

Boomi

1. To open the Extensions dialog, login to Boomi and navigate to 'Manage -> Atom Management' and select the environment.
2. In the Environment Properties tab, click 'Environment Extensions'.
3. Now under Process Filter select 'iFlow: EC to ERP Org Structure Item Replication v1.0'.
4. Then click on 'Process Properties' option on the left and select 'EC to ERP OrgStructureItem Replication Process Properties'.

 5. The process properties available under this selection along with their explanation is as follows. To add customerspecific input, deselect the Use Default? flag.

• ECERPOS_FULL_TRANSMISSION_START_DATE [default = 01/01/2010] For more information about this parameter, refer KBA #2332900 - Full Transmission Start Date(FTSD) in Boomi iFlows.
• ECERPOS_REPLICATE_BU [default = X] Set to X so that business units are considered in replication. Leave blank to deactivate business unit replication.
• ECERPOS_INITIAL_LOAD [default = blank] Set to X to initiate a full load in the next process call. The flag will not reset itself, you will have to reset it to blank to enable delta handling again.
• ECERPOS_REPLICATE_DIV [default = X] Set to X so that divisions are considered in replication. Leave blank to deactivate division replication.
• ECERPOS_REPLICATE_DEP [default = X] Set to X so that departments are considered in replication. Leave blank to deactivate department replication.
• ECERPOS_REPLICATE_CFIELDS [default = blank] Returns all custom fields for business units, divisions, and departments.
• ECERPOS_REPLICATE_TRANSLATIONS [default = blank] Set to X so that translated names and descriptions of business units, divisions, and departments are considered in replication.
• ECERPOS_FILTER_FIELD_DEP [default = blank] If you want to filter the replication of departments, enter the name of the standard or custom department field from the OData API Data Dictionary, for which you want to filter.

Note You can't filter for associations.

• ECERPOS_FILTER_CRITERIA_DEP [default = blank] If you want to filter the replication of departments, enter the value or values (of the field you have specified in ECERPOS_FILTER_FIELD_DEP) for which you want to filter. If you enter several values, they must be separated by commas.
• ECERPOS_FILTER_FIELD_DIV [default = blank] If you want to filter the replication of divisions, enter the name of the standard or custom division field from the OData API Data Dictionary, for which you want to filter.

Note You can't filter for associations.

• ECERPOS_FILTER_CRITERIA_DIV [default = blank] If you want to filter the replication of divisions, enter the value or values (of the field you have specified in ECERPOS_FILTER_FIELD_DIV) for which you want to filter. If you enter several values, they must be separated by commas.

Example Let's say you want to filter the replication for divisions that are assigned to the US and the United Kingdom. In the OData API Data Dictionary, you see this country field for divisions:

So you enter cust_country in the ECERPOS_FILTER_FIELD_DIV parameter. In the ECERPOS_FILTER_CRITERIA_DIV parameter, you enter USA,GBR (or USA, GBR).

• ECERPOS_FILTER_FIELD_BU [default = blank] If you want to filter the replication of business units, enter the name of the standard or custom business unit field from the OData API Data Dictionary, for which you want to filter.

Note You can't filter for associations.

• ECERPOS_FILTER_CRITERIA_BU [default = blank] If you want to filter the replication of business units, enter the value or values (of the field you have specified in ECERPOS_FILTER_FIELD_BU) for which you want to filter. If you enter several values, they must be separated by commas.
