Application error while navigating to Personal Information.

Navigate to any employee's Personal Information.

 

Splunk log (For support use only): PaymentInformationV3 is not yet saved to the DB

The splunk error means there is something wrong with RBP for Payment Information.

Navigate to Admin Center -> Configure Object Definition -> Select ‘PaymentInformationV3’.

Check if the ‘Permission Category’ is assigned. In this case the field was not selected with a value.

Take Action-> Make Correction -> Select ‘Miscellaneous Permissions’ as permission category-> Save

Go to Manage Permission Role -> Assign all the permissions to ‘Payment Information’ under ‘Miscellaneous Permissions’ -> Save
