Configure alternate phone number in emergency contact portlet
Environment
Successfactors - Employee Central
Resolution
Navigate to Admin Center -> Manage Business Configuration
Click on emergencyContactPrimary
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and configure as highlighted below:
Click on ‘Details’ (highlighted above) and configure as shown below:
Click on Done -> Save
Provide permission for the employees to view the field in Admin Center -> Manage Permission Role.
