Symptom

  • icm_http_ssl_error occurs when system is restarted.
  • This can also occur in SAP Gateway Client when testing the connection of an OData service between systems
  • An SSL/TLS based connection returns errors like SSSLERR_PEER_CERT_UNTRUSTED and ICM_SSL_PEER_CERT_UNTRUSTED in the dev_icm trace.
